What is Nutrition Response Testing℠ ?

Nutrition Response Testing℠ is a very accurate system for analyzing the body for organ dysfunction and nutritional deficiencies. It works by using specific reflexes as an indicator while contacting organ acupuncture points on the surface of the body. The reflex response relates to the state of health and flow of energy for the organ that is being tested. If there is a stressor such as a toxicity, immune issue, food sensitivity, or nutritional deficiency affecting an organ, the neurological reflex for that organ will be weak.

After this complete non-invasive analysis is performed, a personalized health improvement program is recommended according to your specific health findings. The goal of this personalized program is to restore the body’s ability to heal itself. In so doing, your health improves.

What can I expect at my first appointment?

Your first visit will take up to one hour. Prior to your visit, we ask that you complete two forms and bring them with you to your appointment. We will discuss your concerns and health goals, and conduct the Nutrition Response Testing℠ Analysis. The actual procedure is simple and direct. Your body and nervous system provides all the information we need.

What Are We Testing For?

By using Nutrition Response Testing℠, the doctor is testing your body’s neurological reflexes. These reflexes are the nervous system’s way of communicating how your organs and body systems are functioning. The nervous system regulates the body’s functions for all the organs. If there is a weakness or malfunction of an organ, the nervous system’s reflex will respond differently. The findings are analyzed and your personal health restoration program is designed.

How Does This Work?

It works similarly to hypothermia. If a person falls through a frozen lake, for example, in the body’s attempt to to save itself, it will draw blood and oxygen away from the hands and feet, toward the core organs. This happens because the organs are more important for your survival. The nervous system does this.

The doctor will contact your extended arm with one hand, and a specific reflex area with the other. If the tested reflex area is stressed, your nervous system will respond by reducing energy to your extended arm and send it to the stressed organ or body part. This will cause the extended arm to weaken or drop. This is an indication of underlying stress or dysfunction in that area of your body which may be adversely affecting your health.

By using this system, we can determine if your body is being challenged by a food intolerance, toxicity, or an immune situation. Then, once the underlying cause of your health challenge is corrected using proper nutrition, the “weak” muscle response changes and will no longer occur.

Your initial appointment includes this first day of analysis and a second follow-up appointment. At the follow-up, you will receive the results and determination of whether or not Dr. Tucker can help you. If so, a specific nutrition program is presented. In most cases, results can be seen 4-6 weeks into the program. Every person is different and faster results come from those who follow the recommended nutrition program closely.
